This page will guide you through selecting an artist, choosing your service and booking your first appointment so that you feel confident through the entire process.

Please note that new color clients must book a complimentary 15-minute consultation with your artist to determine how much time and which products will be necessary to achieve your desired look.

SILENT APPOINTMENT
Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment. If you are anxious, tired, mentally drained and just want to avoid conversation to have some quiet time, we understand.
Your service is about you, if you want to talk we’re happy to converse. If you’d like the time to decompress, read, or use it to zone out, you can do that too. There will be no judgment...there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option.

Selecting the artist who best suits your personality and hair needs is the first step to achieving awesome, expectation-exceeding hair and beginning a lasting stylist-client relationship.
You can get to know our artists through their bio pages, linked below. There you will learn about their industry experience, lives, what hair types they prefer to work with and more. All of 'The Crew' are seasoned professionals, so the key to deciding between them could be as simple as discovering who you’d enjoy spending time with during your service! You can also follow our artists on social media to get a better sense of their personal aesthetics and personalities.

DECIDE ON YOUR SERVICE
You may be able to picture your desired result in your head but knowing exactly what to ask for will simplify booking and help your artist see your vision. Identify the service you need using this cheat-sheet and you’ll be well on your way to flaunt-worthy hair.
COLOR
Full or Partial Highlight/Balayage
Balayage, ombre, babylights, teasy-lights, money-piece are all highlights you may have heard of. General rule of thumb; if you want to go lighter in any way you need to book as a “highlight”.
Base Color/All Over Color
This is for clients who want to be one color, all over. Example: copper, brunette, covering those pesky grays, etc.
Gloss/Toner
Gloss and toner are frequently used words when discussing toners. This is a great way to keep your color fresh between appointments to adjust tone and add shine.
HAIRCUTS
Bang-Voyage aka Bang Trim
A bang trim is for existing clients with bangs. If you don’t currently have bangs but would like to, please reach out to the salon as cutting new bangs requires additional time.
The Shortie Haircut
Any above-the-ear cut.
Maintenance Haircut
Existing clients maintaining your existing shape or for haircuts with minor length and shape adjustments. If it has been longer than usual between cuts, please choose the transformational haircut option. For new clients and transformational changes, please book a transformational haircut. If it has been longer than usual between haircut your maintenance, please choose transformational haircut.
Transformational Haircut
A cut for major changes in length and weight and for creating new shapes. Existing clients, please choose this option if you desire a more transformational cut outside of haircut maintenance and/or if it has been longer than the usual time between haircut maintenance.
